Sizing Session Reminder

Quick reminder that the kit will be available to try at the next mens and ladies pre-season sessions:

8th August - Ladies’ Preseason 7pm - 9pm @ St Peters

9th August - Mens’ Preseason 7pm - 8:30pm @ St Peters

What am I ordering?

The kit that you will be ordering through me is the playing kit only (playing shirts, shorts, skorts, socks, goalie smocks). You will be able to buy Exeter HC branded leisurewear (e.g. tracksuit bottoms, hoodies, coats etc), but you will buy these directly from the Akuma online shop. Details on this to follow at a later date.

As a club we would like everyone to at least have our home kit (a red playing shirt and red EHC socks), but would strongly recommend everyone to consider ordering Exeter HC shorts/skorts and our away kit (white playing shirt and navy EHC socks). Please note, playing kit rules have changed this year, which means ladies are now allowed to play in shorts for matches.

If you are struggling financially to pay for your kit please email Sally at [email protected], there are arrangements that can be made to give everyone the opportunity to buy the necessary kit!

How much will the kit cost? (Below prices are for this initial order only)

Prices for playing kit items are as follows:

Adults

Playing shirt = £35.94

Shorts = £24.96

Skort = £27.88

Pair of socks = £10.74

Goalie smock = £42.00

Juniors

We are still in the process of making a decision on how we will manage the Junior kit this season - therefore if you are ordering for a junior player please hold off from placing an order until you hear otherwise! However, for reference please see prices below:

Junior playing shirt = £28.95

Junior shorts = £16.50

Junior skort = £19.50

Junior socks = £8.50

Junior goalie smock = £35.25

Please note. Junior prices are only applicable to kit that is ordered in Youth Sizes (i.e. SY, MY, LY, XS). For all other sizes adult prices will apply.

We have been able to secure some sponsorship money from Exeter Chiefs this season, this sponsorship money is going towards the kit, therefore final prices (for this initial order only) will be cheaper!

We will calculate final prices once everyone has placed their order and will let you know how much you owe. However, we will ask you to check this so please keep a note of how much you think you owe before any sponsorship money is taken off!

What happens if I do not order now?

If you do not place an order with me now, you will still be able to buy playing kit, but it will be more expensive and will arrive later.

All playing kit (except the playing shirts) will be available to order from the Akuma online shop. You will then be able to order playing shirts via me throughout various points in the season. Further confirmation on this to come later.

If you do not place your order with me now the kit will be more expensive as:

You will not benefit from the sponsorship money discount.

And if you buy via the online shop

You will have to pay an additional 10% on the above prices (due to Akuma online shop terms).

For orders of playing kit under 5 items you will have to pay an additional £5 (due to Akuma online shop terms)

Therefore, we highly recommend that you place your order with me now!

The deadline for orders is Wednesday 9th August, if you have not sent me your order by this day unfortunately I will not be able to include you in this initial order.

Appreciate this is a quick turnaround, so if you are having any issues with making this deadline or have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

How do I pay?

Once we have your orders we will work out final prices, and will let you know what you owe. You will then have until Friday 18th August to make your payment.

Please change the reference to “KIT + Your Initials” (e.g. KIT JB) so it is easy for us to spot the payment.

If you have not paid by the deadline and we have not heard from you unfortunately we will not be able to place your order.

When will I get my kit?

We are working hard to make sure that we will have the kit as soon as possible. However, we also want to make sure that we are 100% happy with the kit before placing the order, so please bear with us if there is a delay!
